Welcome to Male Cyber Fighters. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Male Cyber Fighters ("we", "us", or "our"), the provider of the Male Cyber Fighters website, the installable mobile and desktop apps, and all services accessible from them (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Server Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What Male Cyber Fighters Is
Male Cyber Fighters is a free, adults-only (18+) online community for cyber wrestling and fight roleplay. These Terms apply to every feature of the Service, including:
• The Arena — the real-time public chat. Messages posted here are stored and visible to everyone who visits the site. The Arena is bridged with our community Discord server, so messages you post in the Arena may be relayed to Discord, and messages sent from Discord may appear in the Arena feed.
• Direct Messages (DMs) — private one-to-one conversations with text, image attachments, and typing indicators.
• Audio calls — one-to-one or room voice calls, initiated from DMs or rooms.
• Custom Rooms — public and private (invite-only) chat rooms supporting text, images, GIFs, and short video clips.
• Forums — discussion boards with threaded replies.
• Stories & Archives — collaborative written fight stories that are published to the public Archives once all named participants approve them.
• User Roster & Profiles — a public member directory, profile pages with bios, stats, physique details, and photo galleries, plus relationship (friend/partner) requests.
• The fight engine — the in-chat HP/moves system and slash commands (such as /roll, /submit, and /escape) used to play out cyber matches.
• Safety tools — user blocking, the Report button, and the in-app Assistance help center.
The Service is provided at no charge. We do not sell products, subscriptions, or memberships, and the site does not accept orders or process payments of any kind. If we ever introduce paid features, these Terms will be updated before they take effect.
Age Requirement — Adults Only (18+)
Male Cyber Fighters contains adult-oriented language, themes, and roleplay content. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if that is older — to access or use the Service.
By passing the age gate, registering an account, or entering your age at sign-up, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly permit minors on the Service; if we learn that an account belongs to a minor, it will be terminated and its content removed. You may not use the Service to involve, depict, or sexualize minors in any way. Any such content is prohibited, will be removed, and may be reported to law enforcement.
Your Account
To use most features you must register an account with a username, email address, and password. You may optionally provide a display name, age, physique details (height/weight), language, color, and an avatar image.
You agree to:
• Provide accurate information and keep your email address current so we can deliver password resets and essential account notices.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• Not impersonate another person or member, and not create accounts to evade a block, mute, or ban.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion removes your profile and your access to the Service. Content you shared with others — for example published Stories co-written with another member, or messages already delivered to other members — may remain visible to them unless removed under these Terms.
Acceptable Use & Community Conduct
The Server Rules (available from the "Server Rules" link on the site) are incorporated into these Terms. In summary, you agree that you will not:
• Harass, target, or bully other members. Trash talk must stay mutual, playful, and in-character; if another member says "stop" (or similar), the banter ends immediately.
• Use hate speech or slurs, threaten violence, encourage self-harm, or sexually harass anyone.
• Share anyone's private or personal information (doxxing), including through screenshots or links.
• Post sexually explicit content involving, depicting, or directed at minors, or any content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
• Spam or flood chats, rooms, forums, or DMs.
• Impersonate staff or moderators.
• Evade blocks, mutes, suspensions, or bans.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect other members' data; run unauthorized bots or automation; or probe, attack, disrupt, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
• Upload malicious code, or use the Service to infringe the rights of others.
Keep live cyber matches out of the public Arena unless you are in a designated area such as a room set up for matches.
User Content
"User Content" means anything you submit or transmit through the Service — Arena and room messages, DMs, forum posts and replies, stories, profile text and stats, images, GIFs, and video clips.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Male Cyber Fighters a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transmit, display, and relay it — including relaying public Arena messages to our community Discord — solely as needed to operate, moderate, and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. By posting it, you represent that you own it or have the rights and consents needed to share it (including permission from anyone identifiable in your images or clips), and that it complies with these Terms and applicable law.
Profiles, the Roster, the Arena, Forums, and the Archives are public areas: anything you post there may be seen, copied, or shared by others, so share carefully. We may remove any User Content, at any time, with or without notice.
Stories & Archives
Stories let you publish written accounts of matches. Because a story names its participants, a story is not published to the Archives until every named participant has approved it. By approving a story, you consent to it being displayed publicly in the Archives alongside your username.
Do not submit stories that name, describe, or involve real people who have not consented, and do not circumvent the approval process. If you want a published story that names you taken down, contact us and we will review the request.
Direct Messages & Audio Calls
DMs are visible only to their participants, but they are not end-to-end encrypted: message history is stored on our servers, and moderators can review logs when investigating a report. Blocking a member prevents them from DMing you, but does not make past conversations disappear.
Audio calls connect peer-to-peer between participants using your browser's WebRTC support; we route the connection setup but do not record call audio. The other participant, however, may be able to record the call on their own device — only share what you are comfortable sharing.
Uploads — Images & Clips
You may upload avatar and chat images (up to 5 MB each), GIFs (up to 25 MB), and short video clips (up to 50 MB). Images are hosted through ImgBB; GIFs and clips are stored on our servers.
Only upload files you have the right to share, and do not upload images or recordings of other people without their consent. Files that violate these Terms, or that we must remove for legal, safety, or operational reasons, may be deleted at any time. Storage is provided for the community's intended use; we may adjust file type or size limits, or remove old files, as the Service evolves.
Moderation, Reporting & Enforcement
Use the Report button to flag behavior or content that breaks these Terms or the Server Rules. Reports are reviewed by moderators, who may issue warnings, mute users, remove messages or files, lock chats, or suspend or ban accounts. Blocking another member stops their DMs, but moderators can still review interactions between accounts when investigating a report.
We may act immediately and without prior notice for serious violations, and we may preserve and disclose information where required by law or to protect the safety of members. Moderator decisions are final.
Third-Party Services & Links
The Service relies on and links to third parties, including Discord (our community server, message bridging, Discord DMs, and support report delivery), ImgBB (image hosting), our web hosting provider, our email provider (password resets), and the external move-database and HP-engine services that power the in-chat fight system.
We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or content — including their accuracy, availability, or policies. When you follow a link or use a connected third-party service (for example joining our Discord server), their own terms and privacy policies apply, and they may use their own cookies or tracking.
License to Use the Service
Male Cyber Fighters grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms. If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account or block your access without notice.
Restrictions
You agree not to, and not to permit others to:
• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service or make it available to any third party.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Male Cyber Fighters or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or licensors.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
Your Suggestions
Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions ("Suggestions") you provide about the Service remain the sole and exclusive property of Male Cyber Fighters. We are free to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute Suggestions for any purpose, without credit or compensation to you.
Cookies
Male Cyber Fighters uses cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and keep features such as chat, sessions, and the age gate working. Most browsers let you disable cookies, but doing so will break sign-in and other functionality. We never place personally identifiable information in cookies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Emails & Communications
We send transactional email only — for example, password-reset links and essential account or security notices. We do not send marketing newsletters. Keep your registered email address accurate and accessible, and check spam folders if a reset email does not arrive.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its contents, features, and functionality — including all software, text, displays, images, logos, video and audio, and their design, selection, and arrangement — are owned by Male Cyber Fighters, its licensors, or other providers, and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. User Content remains the property of the members who posted it, subject to the license granted above. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, material from the Service may not be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded, or distributed without our prior written permission.
Copyright Infringement Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or an owner's agent) and believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, contact us with: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative; (b) identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it; (c) your contact information (address, telephone number, and email); (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner. Send notices to administrator@male-cyber-fighters.com.
Availability, Modifications & Updates
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature — temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, and without liability to you. We may also deploy updates, patches, bug fixes, and other changes that add, modify, or remove features; all updates are part of the Service and subject to these Terms. The Service is a hobby community run without charge, and we do not promise any particular uptime, feature set, or retention of content — keep your own copies of anything you would be sorry to lose.
Term & Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or by us. You may terminate them at any time by deleting your account and stopping all use of the Service (including uninstalling any installed app). We may suspend or terminate the Service, or your access to it, at any time, for any reason, with or without notice — and termination is immediate if you breach these Terms. Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available to us at law or in equity for breaches that occurred during the term.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Male Cyber Fighters and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms or any law or regulation; or (d) your violation of any right of a third party.
No Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements; be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that any information or content (including fight-engine results or member profiles) is accurate, reliable, or current; or that the Service, its servers, or emails from us are free of viruses or other harmful components. All roleplay content on the Service is fictional entertainment between consenting adults and is not advice of any kind. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Male Cyber Fighters or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or privacy, business interruption, or personal injury — arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Because the Service is free, our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose (which is normally nothing) or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province or territory in which the operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing any claim, you and Male Cyber Fighters agree to try to resolve disputes informally: send a written Notice of Dispute (with your name, contact information, the facts, and the relief requested) to administrator@male-cyber-fighters.com, and we will send any Notice of Dispute to your registered email address. The parties will attempt informal resolution for sixty (60) days from the date the notice is sent.
If the dispute is not resolved within that period, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada, except that either party may (a) bring an individual claim in small-claims court, or (b) seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction regarding intellectual-property rights. You agree that disputes will be brought only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable or invalid, it will be interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. No failure or delay in exercising any right under these Terms operates as a waiver of that right. You and Male Cyber Fighters agree that any cause of action arising out of the Service must commence within one (1) year after it accrues; otherwise it is permanently barred.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Server Rules published on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Male Cyber Fighters concerning the Service, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. Section headings are for convenience only.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect (for example, through the Service), and will update the "Last updated" date above. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms; if you do not agree, delete your account and stop using the Service.
